Its name preserves the memory of its original purpose: L’Aia was the open space at the highest point of the hamlet where farmers once threshed wheat and processed their harvest. The property accommodates up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples and families seeking an authentic holiday surrounded by relaxation, Tuscan landscapes and food and wine traditions. It features a spacious 800 m² private fenced garden, a beautiful private panoramic swimming pool (8.00 × 4.00 m, depth 1.40 m), a furnished pergola, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and relaxation areas overlooking the Chianti hills.
Guests can enjoy authentic food and wine experiences in Chianti, including Chianti Classico wine tastings, winery tours and the opportunity to purchase products from the estate. Traditional dinners can also be arranged upon request.
