Conveniently located in Viareggio, Italy and only 17 km (10 mi) from Forte Dei Marmi. Holiday home Casa Romana is a lovely property (150 sq m) that includes WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably in four bedrooms with two bathrooms. Experience the Tuscan coast, it's just a short distance to the sea from the holiday rental (3 km 2 mi).

The property is located in a farm which produces and sells different kind of products, also, nearby, there is a private street to get to the owner's house. However, very few people go around there and, even though the garden of the property is not fenced, it is surrounded by hedges and trees.

When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a private garden where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of sightseeing. A real benefit of renting a home, instead of multiple hotel rooms, is the ability to relax after a busy day of sightseeing with family and friends. Enjoy a meal together along with some local wine to finish the day. Outside you will also find a patio and barbecue grill. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to eight people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished veranda is the ideal setting to enjoy food, family and the nice Tuscan weather.
