Il Marchese Di Ronta is a beautiful property (500 sq m) with WiFi internet, hot tub and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 26 guests comfortably in 13 bedrooms with 12 bathrooms. Conveniently located in Ronta, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 38 km (24 mi) from Florence.

In case the Villa is booked at the reduced price (group up to 20 people), 2 apartments will remain closed.

The property is therefore ideally suited for rental as a single unit, as the ground floor features a spacious dining room where everyone can comfortably dine together, whilst the first floor houses a fully equipped communal professional kitchen. Use of the professional kitchen is restricted exclusively to the chef appointed by the owners or to professionals with HACCP certification, subject to the owners’ approval.

It is possible to organise events for a number of guests within the villa’s maximum capacity; in such cases, the owner will be delighted to provide her trusted catering services and to assist guests every step of the way with all their needs.
