Holiday rental Villa Claudia is a beautiful stone building (260 sq m) that includes private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably in five bedrooms with four bathrooms. Conveniently located 1 km (3854 ft) from Montegonzi, Italy in the tourist area "Chianti" and only 35 km (22 mi) from Greve In Chianti. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items. If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 6 km (4 mi) from the property where you can purchase your food and essentials.

The owners live 50m from the accommodation and have a dog, however their property is totally fenced as well.

When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, sightseeing, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
