Lavacchio 12 is a beautiful stone building (360 sq m) with air conditioning, WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with five bathrooms. Conveniently located 12 km (7 mi) from Montalcino, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 48 km (30 mi) from Montepulciano. If playing a round of golf is important while on holiday, you are in luck because there is a course nearby.

The Experience
This exceptionally beautiful property is located in a very quiet and spectacular position, just a few kilometres away from the lovely village of Montalcino. The property comprises both a large Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a small guest house.
Air conditioning is available in most of the bedrooms.
When you arrive you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, sightseeing, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany.
