Popis
Pouhých 450 metrů od moře, v borovém lese Poveromo a Ronchi, (příjemný stín) se nachází tato velmi pohledná a pohodlná rekreační vila pro 8 osob s klimatizací, Wi-Fi internetem a mnoha dalšími službami.
Villa Poveromo se nachází v druhé souběžné ulici s Lungomare -ulicí, která vede kolem moře, co by kamenem dohodil od pláží a v dosahu Forte dei Marmi a všech letovisek Versilie.
Ke koupališti na pláži, které je zahrnuto v ceně pobytu, dojdete asi za 5 minut pěšky nebo za 2 minuty na kole, a nabízí: stan pro 8 osob, soukromou kabinu, parkoviště, skluzavku pro děti a restauraci. Koupaliště je v ceně od 18/05 do 20/09 (v závislosti na počasí).
Vila k pronájmu má soukromou zahradu o rozloze asi 700 m², která je oplocená, a je tedy zcela nezávislá a k dispozici.
V soukromé zahradě si můžete odpočinout od moře a nerušeně se opalovat na lehátkách.
Další dvě zákoutí venkovního prostoru umožňují plně využívat zahradu: jídelní stůl se slunečníkem a grillem v zadní části nabízí možnost obědvat a večeřet venku a také kryté posezení vedle vily u východu z obývacího pokoje nabízí prostor pro snídani nebo čtení knihy.
Tato vila je tedy ideální pro dovolenou u moře, ale tím to nekončí. Díky své centrální poloze je výborné východisko pro návštěvu různých blízko ležících památek a měst -jako např. Pisa, Florencie, Lucca nebo 5 Terre.
Hosté mají k dispozici 4 jízdní kola, na kterých se mohou vydat na pláže, do okolních obchodů a nebo projíždět borový les v Ronchi a Poveromo a šlapat do pedálů svěžími a zelenými uličkami této oblasti.
Na zahradě je možné zaparkovat až 3 auta běžné velikosti. Doporučujeme přijet s nepříliš širokými nebo dlouhými auty, protože silnice před vilou neumožňuje zvláštní manévry při vjezdu a výjezdu.

Ian ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der stets sehr schnell und konstruktiv auf unsere Anfragen und Problemchen reagiert hat ! Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was sich u.a. an einigen sanitären Installationen bemerkbar macht. Die Küche mit Ausstattung war für eine Familie mit sechs Personen völlig ausreichend, der Raum im Haus bei feuchtem Wetter im Oktober und bei Sonne im Garten wirklich gut. Eine Erkrankungswelle hat uns leider viele Möglichkeiten genommen, die Umgebung so zu besuchen wie ursprünglich geplant. Allerdings ist im Oktober während der Woche der Strandbereich über weite Strecken auch gastronomisch weitgehend verwaist (was wir wussten!).

Casa molto bella, camere ampie e spaziose. Cucina super fornita di ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Giardino molto grande e molto ben curato. Ian è stato eccezionale, sia per la disponibilità, che per la velocità con cui risponde ai messaggi. Posto davvero incantevole a due passi dal mare.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany, just a short walk from the beach! The location is absolutely idyllic – peaceful, surrounded by pine trees. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease – and that’s all thanks to Ian, our incredible host. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The villa itself is extremely well equipped – from the kitchen to the outdoor areas, everything has been thoughtfully prepared to ensure guests have everything they need. The garden was very well-maintained and added so much to the experience. The only downside – and really the only reason for not giving a full 5 stars – was the mouldy smell, particularly in the kitchen. It didn’t ruin the trip, but it was at times unpleasant. That said, if the owners address the smelling issue, this place would be absolutely perfect. We'd still recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near the sea.

Vielen Dank. Die Beschreibung entsprach komplett der Realität. Der Preis war relativ hoch, ist aber vermutlich der Umgebung angemessen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und die Ausstattung war super. Vielen Dank für eine sehr schöne Woche!

Perfekte Kombination aus schönem ruhigen Haus mit privater Strand-Kabine (inklusive !) die problemlos mit den bereitgestellten Fahrrädern zu erreichen ist! Schönes und großzügiges Haus in dem man sich ab der ersten Minute wohl fühlt!Perfekt für zwei Familien!

Das Haus war perfekt für uns (6Personen). Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Der Garten ist gross genug, um gemeinsam zu essen und abzuhängen und es gibt sogar einen Grill. Zum Meer nur ca. 5 Minuten. Ian ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und leicht zu erreichen. Sehr unkompliziertes checkin und checkout. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Ian a été très accueillant et très correct quand il nous a annoncé une semaine avant une inondation dans le jardin suite aux intempéries. La maison est charmante et fidèle aux descriptions. Nous avions apprécié particulièrement les 3 salles de bain. L’espace de vie était parfait pour 8, mais il faut dire qu’on a l’habitude d’être ensemble. L’emplacement est génial on a pu aller à pise volterra les cinq terres et Florence. Les enfants ont apprécié et nous aussi, surtout quand on a découvert le dernier soir le mur d’eau formidable pour s’ambiancer en mode détente Tout était parfait, aucun point négatif

Casa in ottima posizione, comoda per visitare la zona e vicina ai principali servizi. La cucina è super fornita, con tutto il necessario per cucinare come a casa. Un punto a favore è sicuramente l’onestà di Ian, che ci ha avvisati in anticipo del disagio legato al giardino allagato: una comunicazione chiara e trasparente che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La pulizia generale era buona, anche se con qualche margine di miglioramento. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole.

Das Haus ist gut gelegen, geräumig und verfügt über alles Nötige. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt und im Sommer sicherlich gut nutzbar. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung des Aufenthalts war super. Ian hat alles gut im Voraus erklärt und stand bei Fragen mit unkomplizierten Lösungen immer zur Verfügung. Das Haus und das Inventar (z.B. Küche/Bäder) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An einigen Wänden fällt, vermutlich aufgrund der hohen Feuchtigkeit, der Putz ab. Moskitos waren (im Oktober) eine echte Plage. Das Haus sollte mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet werden. Empfehlenswert wäre, zumindest für die kältere Jahreszeit eine Vorrichtung zur Belüftung/Entfeuchtung der Luft.

Es war alles genau so wie auf den Fotos und beschrieben. Ian war sehr unkompliziert und flexibel. Bei unserem Eintreffen war die Aussenbeleuchtung defekt. Ian informierte uns darüber und bereits am nächsten Arbeitstag kam ein Elektriker und brachte dies in Ordnung. Das Haus hat viel Charme und wir würden sofort wieder hingehen.

Dear friends,
it was very nice and convenient stay for us there in your Villa Poveromo, privacy, garden etc. We were really sutisfied and lucky there and our dog Remi, too. The cooperation to Mr. Jan Fridrich was very good. The beach, equipment using for us there and
the restaurant services were very .convenient, too.
It woul´d be good if there in the garden of Villa Poveromo will be some just small swiming pool for the situations if the weather is not good. And other little thing - there were a lot of hornet inside in the house the ewening. It coul´d be just important information for the next guests.
Thank you very much for ewerything and we vere kindly rekomend stay and relax there to ewerybody. We will surely come with your Italica Rentals to Italy again.

The place is wonderful. This is the second summer in a row that I go there with my family of five. Ian is a great host: responsive, polite and friendly. Another plus is that the villa comes with a cabana and several lounge chairs at the “Bagno internazionale,” that is .3 mi away from the house. Highly recommended!!

Also wir, unsere Töchter im Teenager - Alter sowie die Eltern und unser Hund haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und einen sehr schönen Urlaub erlebt. Das vollständig eingezäunte, uneinsichtige Grundstück war eine Oase der Ruhe und ein Traum für den Hund ????. Ideal zum Erholen. Die Kommunikation mit Ian als Gastgeber war super und unkompliziert. Definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Ein charmantes Haus mit schönem Garten. Das Meer ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die festen Liegeplätze am Meer sind ein großes Plus.

Amazing long week end with the family. very enjoyable spacious garden, equipped with the grill, and deckchairs. The house has a broadband wifi connection and a smart TV, that is not so common. We have appreciated the calm, the silence, the space and the bikes!

Big and clean house. Location is good. It is close to beach. Beware of mosquitoes, there are a lot of them. (But the owner provided mosquito repellent, you can use it as you wish) To sum up the house is nice, has everything you need. Massa is a nice little town.

Ian war eine super lieber und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Haus war nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und modern eingerichtet. Der Garten war groß und sehr privat, sodass wir stets unsere Ruhe hatten und entspannen konnten. Haben wir mal etwas nicht verstanden oder etwas hat nicht ganz funktioniert war Ian immer sehr hilfsbereit und schickte jemanden bei uns vorbei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diesen Host und die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!:)

Eine traumhafte Villa in ruhiger & top Lage - geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wunderbar auch der großzügige Garten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ian hat uns persönlich empfangen und ausführlich das Haus gezeigt. In der Küche stand sogar ein Kuchen zur Begrüßung. Die Konversation im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes lief perfekt. Großartig auch, dass es in der Villa Fahrräder gibt, so konnten wir die Umgebung mit den Bike’s entdecken. Im Oktober sind die Strände herrlich leer und so kann man ausgedehnte Strandspaziergänge unternehmen. Von uns ein ganz klares JA - diese Villa empfehlen wir gerne weiter!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt zu Saisonende. Haus und Garten sind groß und geräumig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Küche und auch die Bäder waren sauber und ordentlich, allerdings nicht top modern. Zum Strand geht man gute 5 Minuten, besonders praktisch ist, dass die Strandliegen inkludiert sind. Man muss sich um nichts kümmern. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, in der Nachsaison aber zT nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto wenige Minuten entfernt. Zum Bäcker sind wir mit dem Fahrrad gefahren. Außerdem kann man vom Haus aus gut Trips in mehrere toskanische Städte unternehmen. Wir waren in Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta (sehr zu empfehlen). Ian ist ein toller Host. Alles war problemlos, von der Anreise bis zur Abreise. Bei Fragen hat er uns sehr kurzfristig unterstützt. Alles in allem ist das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

The villa is beautiful, lots of space and very nicely located. Ian is a terrific host, always ready to help as necessary. The rent includes lounge chairs and a cabana (tent) at the Bagno Internazionale, that can be reached within 7-8 minutes by a comfortable walk. Only one warning: AC is only at the ground floor, and the upper floors can become very hot, especially in the weather we had this past July, in the high nineties. Two of my children had to sleep on couches downstairs because the temperature in their room, even at night, was pretty unbearable. Ian tried to help us by contacting stores in the areas carrying portable AC's, but they were all sold out.

We fully enjoyed our 7 nights stay at Ian's house in Poveromo. Ian was polite and efficient. The place is nice, quiet and comfortable. The beach easy bike or walk from the home. The beach establishment where the tent that comes with the house is nice, uncrowded and good restaurant.

Grossartiges, grosszügiges Haus mit wirklich grossem Garten. Top ausgestattete Küche. Meer zu Fuss gut erreichbar, mit Fahrrad sowieso, Fahrradverleih in der Nähe. Das Villenquartier mit vielen Bäumen ist in der Nacht wunderbar kühl. Die ‚tenda‘ am Strand ist ein riesiges Plus!

Unglücklicherweise wohnten die Gäste in der Villa während der Zeit, in der es so viel geregnet hat, dass in ganz Italien viele Schäden entstanden sind - aber glücklicherweise nicht hier. Dies waren außergewöhnliche Ereignisse, bei denen wir selbst mit den moderneren, besser zugänglichen Häusern Schwierigkeiten hatten. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war nicht zu vermeiden, sie war sehr hoch und fast unbeherrschbar. Allerdings gibt es im Haus zwei Splits, die auf Entfeuchtung eingestellt werden konnten und sehr helfen konnten. Mücken sind da, sowohl im Norden als auch im Süden, und sie gehören zu Italien. Mückennetze stehen in nächster Zeit auf der Tagesordnung.
