Villa La Fragola is located , Italy and only 19 km (12 mi) from Montepulciano. Holiday home Villa La Fragola is a nice property (100 sq m) that includes WiFi internet, air conditioning and private pool. The Experience
The garden area is not fully fenced, anyway the pool area is divided from the rest of the garden by a hedge (height about 0.7 m) and a wire net. There is a small gate which can be locked, for the safeness of small children.



Important: The First floor is accessed only through the external staircase and it is not communicating internally with the ground floor.

One room with access through the garden with shower and changing room for guests who want to enjoy the pool without entering the house.
