Property Villa Umbra is a lovely stone building (600 sq m) that includes air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 15 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with four bathrooms. Villa Umbra is located 8 km (5 mi) from Città Di Castello, Italy and only 44 km (27 mi) from Arezzo in the tourist area "San Sepolcro And Surroundings".

After arriving at Villa Umbra you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid holiday in Umbria. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, shopping, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Umbria. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Italian culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 15 people. This beautiful farmhouse is divided internally into 3 non-communicating apartments: 1 (sleeps 5) on the ground floor and 2 (sleeps 4 and 6 people) upstairs. On the ground floor there is also a large room for the guests use, set up on 2 levels with large fireplace, tables and chairs, WC and 3 steps below: a big professional kitchen with oven, freezer, stove and dishwasher.
The area is renowned for its truffles and the owners organize (on request) wonderful truffle and game based dinners.
