Beautiful 19th century villa near the historical village of Peccioli with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and private pool. This property, once belonging to generations of noble families, has been lovingly restored in time for the 2023 season. With wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and the local village, this house has plenty of space for up to 10 people. On the ground floor the entrance hall leads to a large living-dining room, a study with library and computer and a well-equipped kitchen-dining room with large traditional fireplace. A small bathroom with shower completes this level. Stairs lead to the first floor where there are 5 double bedrooms (two can be made into twin beds), one with its own balcony overlooking the front of the house, and two bathrooms with showers. Outside you will find a gazebo with table and chairs for al fresco dining, a barbecue, pizza oven and a lovely garden dotted with shady trees. Opposite the house on the other side of the road is a parking area and access to the swimming pool. An ideal location for walks in the countryside, only a very short distance from local shops and restaurants, and well-placed for exploring the main attractions in Tuscany.
Villa owner lives in a separate building next to the swimming pool but the pool is for use exclusively by the guests.
