Poggio Scalette is a villa in Montecatini Alto immersed in a park surrounded by olive trees and with a breathtaking view of the Valdinievole.
The house has been furnished with unique pieces combining design and tradition. The porch is furnished with sofas and is a pleasant corner to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. At the back, with direct access to the kitchen, is a second furnished area ideal for al fresco dining.

We recommend visiting the small and charming old village of Montecatini Alto by taking the funicular up from Montecatini Terme. In Montecatini Alto, there are still small artisan shops, taverns and vantage points at the Rocca where you can stop to admire the sunset.

The location of Villa Poggio Scalette is favourable for organising visits to Florence (about 1h), Lucca (30min) and in less than an hour you will be in Viareggio, the seaside resort of Versilia.
If you are travelling with children, we recommend a visit to the Pinocchio park in Collodi (25min), an excursion to Garfagnana to the Devil's Bridge (50min).

second floor with a turret, where there is a small study that can become another bedroom.
