Here the charm of the countryside blends with a unique welcome and with love and attention to detail. The structure, in total respect for the environment, is eco - friendly and has wood stoves for heating, a solar thermal system and collection tanks for rainwater.

The interior furnishings are typical of the peasant tradition. In one of the two cottages that are part of the property there is also a Jacuzzi while in the central house there is a large fireplace.

In the outdoor areas there is a beautiful swimming pool with a relaxation area, fully equipped with deck chairs and gazebos, where you can relax in the sun.

Among the services offered there is also a convenient parking, air conditioning, free wi-fi connection and shared laundry service.

In a strategic position, on the rolling hills of the Marche hinterland, a few kilometers from Urbino and the Adriatic beaches, the former farm is the ideal place both for a bit of tranquility and as a starting point for various excursions that the owners will be happy to advise you.

GROUND FLOOR:
The typical furnishings of the peasant tradition and a large fireplace characterize the kitchen and the tea room on the ground floor. Lace, curtains, doilies and details taken care of with minuteness, are reminiscent of Elvira Duck farm, and you will feel like you are with her in a familiar and loving environment.

On the ground floor we also find a lovely apartment for 4 people. The classic style distinguishes the interior consisting of a kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and 2 double bedrooms. While outside dominates the quiet of a private garden with table and armchairs.

A delightful cottage is open-plan, for 2 people. In absolute harmony and creativity, the sleeping area and the living room coexist inside. There is also a veranda with table and comfortable armchairs to relax surrounded by nature.

Another pleasant cottage with a veranda and jacuzzi rises from the soft earth. Inside with rustic simplicity, a double bedroom and a living room with kitchen and sofa bed. To enjoy the fragrant nature, a private garden with table and armchairs.
