The apartment is located in Via dei Tribunali, the epicenter of the historic center of Naples and home to the most famous pizzerias in Naples - Pizzeria Dal Presidente and Pizzeria di Matteo ... both a Neapolitan place. By day, the street is filled with shops and markets, with many pizzerias blending into the graffiti-filled urban landscape. At night, the street comes to life. There are people walking and eating. The neighborhood itself looks like a quaint little village within the city. The atmosphere is very lively with small streets, artisan shops, museums, churches, cafes, bakeries, pastry shops and excellent restaurants and pizzerias.

Each room is different in both size and decor, with period furniture and silk brocade drapes. In addition, the apartment has a large art gallery of works from the Neapolitan School and the South Group, an artistic restoration body. Lamps and chandeliers are antique or reconstructed with original elements.
Recalling the luxury and magnificence of a bygone era, all rooms have access to an internal balcony overlooking the central courtyard or Via Tribunale. The apartment opens onto a small entrance alcove that continues into the living room, furnished with books and antique wooden furniture. From here you continue into the living room with two classic armchairs and a comfortable double sofa bed.

However, the highlight is the living and dining space, grand in size and with sumptuous interiors thanks to the original mural fresco and period furniture. Along a corridor in the vestibule you will reach the kitchen and the main sleeping area of ​​the apartment.

The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils required to cook a home cooked meal. There are two decadent double bedrooms, the main one with private bathroom and both bedrooms have private balconies overlooking Via Tribunale. The main bathroom is also located off the corridor and consists of a bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet and sink.

The residential building in which the apartment is located is part of a 15th century courtesy building, which is accessed through a large and extravagant stone courtyard. The façade has unique Rococo decorations, defined as one of the most precious in Naples. The large stone staircase, attributable to Ferdinando Sanfelice, a well-known 17th century architect and painter, surrounds the internal courtyard of the building on four levels.

The apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible by lift.
